Event Specifics
Where: Antiques & Uniques Vintage Market at 1240 Sarno Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935 in the parking lot.
When: Saturday from 10am - 3pm
What: This is an outdoor market where local vendors sell well merchandised items, high quality antiques, vintage, jewelry, clothing, professionally handcrafted items, boutique merchandise, collectibles, furniture, and home decor.

Application + Payment Process

Applications run on a first come first serve basis.

Applications will close early if all spots have been filled.

Our application is required to help us maintain a high quality market complimentary to our store to ensure the best customer experience.

Photos are REQUIRED for the application to be considered.

Once your application has been accepted, you will receive a link to pay for your space. Payment is required for you to reserve your space.

The event coordinator will select the designated space you will be placed in.
-
Once payment has been received, you will get an email with your receipt and a separate email with your designated booth space closer to the market date.

Booth Size + Cost + Rules

The cost of the space is $20 with applicable taxes + fees.
-
Vendors can purchase a maximum of 2 spaces.

There are a total of 34 spaces available. A map has been attached to the bottom of this email.

Setting up a tent is highly recommended as the weather can be unpredictable.
-
All spaces are 10ft x 10ft. Tents that are larger than 10ft x 10ft are not permitted. Tents smaller than the listed size are permitted.

Spillage of merchandise outside of the 10ft x 10ft space is allowed within the parking space.
-
Generators are not permitted with the exception for food trucks.
-
Power will not be available to the booths.

Excessively loud music is not permitted.

Booth Refunds

This is a non-refundable event.
-
This is a rain or shine event. Refunds will only be made to vendors if there is a severe storm or unexpected event.
-
No-shows will not be given a refund.
-
If fewer than 8 vendors have applied, the event will be canceled and refunds will be issued to all vendors.

Merchandise Rules
-
ALLOWED: Antiques, vintage, jewelry, clothing, professionally handcrafted items, boutique items, collectibles, furniture, well merchandised items, and home decor.

NOT PERMITTED: New items that are not well merchandised, common thrift store items, amateur crafts, and other non-vintage or antique items.

Booths must be well organized and displayed.

Some items may be taken from your indoor booth outside; however, moving all merchandise outside is not permitted. Please refrain from moving all merchandise to the outdoor market booth to avoid making the indoor booth look empty.

AUVM is not responsible for theft or breakage of any kind.

Payment Between Vendor & Customer

Vendors are required to accept payment for their items.

Transactions will not be run through the store registers.

Carts
-
AUVM moving carts will be available for use to outdoor market vendors until 9:45 am, then all carts will need to be returned to the store.

To prevent wait times on carts and moving equipment for customers in store, outdoor market vendors will not have access to AUVM moving carts or equipment after 9:45 am. So please bring your own moving equipment should it be needed to assist your customers.

AUVM Staff

AUVM strives to deliver excellent customer service at our store. With that in mind, our staff will not be able to assist outdoor market vendors, as they will need to serve the customers in store.

Please bring any assistance you might need to manage your tent and assist your customers.

Securing your tent
-
If you decide to use a tent, it is required that you secure your tent. It doesn't have to be a very windy day for a good breeze to come by and knock a tent over.

Spaces will be on asphalt, therefore, traditional pegs will not work.
-
You can use 2" PVC pipe filled with sand, filled up gallon jugs, sandbags, or other means to weigh down your tent.
-
We want everyone to be safe and have a good time, so please ensure you bring the materials required to secure your tent!

Before the Event
-
Vendors are to arrive between 8am - 8:30am to be directed to your designated booth location and allow time to set up.
-
Event coordinators will be at the location by 8 am.
-
Vendors must be finished setting up their tent and merchandise by 9:50 am.

During the Event
-
The event begins at 10am.
-
Vendors must be present at their booths at all times.
​
After the Event
-
The event ends at 3pm.
-
All vendors are to begin packing up their space at 3pm and have all merchandise and tents removed from the location within a timely manner.

Vendors are responsible for removing all of their trash.
​
Payment Between Vendor & Customer

Vendors are required to accept payment for their items.
-
Transactions will not be run through the store registers.
-
AUVM does not charge commission on outdoor market sales.
